Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Marketing Chains LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States ("we", "us"), about your use of Visifluent. By signing in you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, or of the age of majority where you live. Visifluent is invitation-only for now.

Visifluent audits websites, tracks search rankings and visibility in Google and in AI answers, and suggests what to fix first. It combines data from Google, Bing, DataForSEO and AI providers. Their data, and the answers of the AI, can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use your own judgment before you act on them. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or business result.

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and use one account per person.
• On a plan with user seats you can invite teammates. They sign in with their own Google account and work in yours, and they can see and change everything in it. You are responsible for what they do there, and you can take their seat back at any time.
• Tell us at info@visifluent.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You keep everything you add: your websites' data, notes, files, drafts and branding. You give us a limited permission to store and process it, only to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to add it, and that you own, or have permission to audit, the websites you add.

You agree not to:

• break the law or someone else's rights;
• use the service to harm, overload or attack a website, or to get around its protections: audits follow the limits on the crawler's page, and so must you;
• get around the daily limits, share your account (the teammates you give a seat are the exception), or resell or copy the service or its data;
• scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
• upload malware, or content you have no right to use;
• use the AI features to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Bing and the other providers have their own terms, and your use of them is governed by those. You can disconnect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center or Bing at any time in Settings. If a provider changes or ends its service, the features that rely on it may change or stop.

Each account has daily allowances for actions that cost us money, such as keyword lookups, AI answers and audits. They are shown in Settings. We may change them to keep the service sustainable and fair.

Paid plans are not available yet, and nothing is charged today. When they are, we will show the price, the billing period, taxes, how to cancel and the refund rules before you pay, payments will be handled by Stripe, and these terms will be updated first.

The pricing page shows the plans we intend to offer. It is not an offer to sell: prices, limits and features may change before payments open, and a feature marked Planned is not built yet. Joining its waitlist buys nothing and commits neither of us.

We work to keep Visifluent running, but it is young, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We keep encrypted backups, but you should keep your own copy of anything important: reports can be exported as PDF or Word.

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. What that removes is described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or other people at risk, or if we stop offering the service. If we end the service, we will tell you beforehand where we can, and give you time to export your reports.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is accurate, fit for a particular purpose or free of infringement, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, traffic, revenue or data. Our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union or elsewhere, the consumer protection rules of your country still apply to you.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and we will email you before a change that matters to you takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
